Hailing from the sunny Central Coast of N.S.W. Australia, A Silent Fiction formed mid 2005 and all members met at High School and College. Above you can hear the songs from their 2005 Demo CD, which is just a mere sample of their hard hitting sound where it is further amplified at one of their shows mixing in with their dynamic stage presence.
2005 their debut year seen a great result for the boys, constantly working hard playing over 40 shows and rehearsing whenever they could get the chance. In that time ASF shared the stage with some really great bands like IN THE GREY, THE RED PAINTINGS, FORGETTING YESTERDAY, ANGELA'S DISH, THE VELD and THE VENTRICLE OVERFLOW (RIP). They also received a lot of great reviews off the media and music zines, attracting industry attention and it also seen the boys do a commercial for soft drink giant COCA-COLA .
Their constant hardwork and dedication has made 2006 a dynamic year already. On their first tour alone they played alongside big alternative Australian and International acts such as Silverstein (Canada), I Killed The Prom Queen, THE VALLEY, THE GETAWAY PLAN, The Amity Affliction, BRAXTON, IN NAME AND BLOOD, THE RIVALRY, AVALON DRIVE, SUNSET AVENUE and ANGELAS DISH.
